Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every booking made with Shree Swami Samarth Tours and Travel, whether made through this website, on WhatsApp or by telephone.

1. Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation containing the vehicle type and fare. A form submission by itself is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking.

2. Fare calculation

Outstation round trips are billed garage-to-garage — that is, from the pickup point back to the pickup point. One-way trips on our listed routes are billed for the one-way distance only. A minimum of 300 km per day applies to cars and 250 km per day to buses on multi-day trips.

3. Charges billed at actuals

Toll, state permits, entry taxes and parking are charged at actuals and receipts are provided. Driver allowance and night halt charges are stated on your quotation before you confirm.

4. Waiting time

Local and hourly bookings include the hours stated in the package. Additional waiting is charged at the per-hour rate on your confirmation. Airport pickups include 45 minutes of free waiting after the actual landing time.

5. Cancellation

Local and outstation cabs may be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup. Within 4 hours, a cancellation fee may apply if the vehicle has already been dispatched. Tour packages and bus bookings carry separate cancellation terms which are shared in writing at the time of booking.

6. Passenger conduct

Smoking, consumption of alcohol and carriage of prohibited goods are not permitted in our vehicles. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle beyond normal use. The driver may decline to continue a journey if passenger behaviour is unsafe.

7. Luggage and belongings

Luggage must be within the stated capacity of the vehicle. We take reasonable care but are not responsible for personal belongings left behind in the vehicle; if you contact us promptly we will make every effort to recover them.

8. Delays and force majeure

We plan journeys with a buffer, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, protests, mechanical breakdown or any other event outside our control. In case of a breakdown, a replacement vehicle is arranged from the nearest point in our network.

9. Route changes

Any change to the agreed route or itinerary during the journey will be billed as additional kilometres at the applicable rate.

10. Payment

Unless a credit arrangement is in place, payment is due at the end of the journey. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly with GST as per the agreed credit terms.

11. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of a booking shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business in Maharashtra.
