What a package price does and does not include

Every price shown is a starting figure for the vehicle, driver, fuel, toll, permits, parking and driver allowance for the itinerary described. Hotel stay, meals, temple donations, entry tickets and guide charges are not included, because they vary enormously with what you actually want.

That is deliberate. Bundling a hotel into the headline price usually means a hotel chosen for the operator's margin rather than your comfort. We are happy to book accommodation for you — we have working relationships in Shirdi, Mahabaleshwar, Ganpatipule, Goa and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar — but you will see what it costs separately.

Customising an itinerary

Every package here can be reshaped. Add a day, drop a stop, start from a different city, or combine two circuits into one longer trip. Tell us the dates and the group size and we will send a revised day-wise plan with the fare.

Group size and vehicle

Package prices assume a sedan or Innova for small groups. For eight or more travellers a tempo traveller usually costs less per head; for twenty and above, a bus. We will tell you which combination is cheapest for your group rather than defaulting to the largest vehicle.
