Why companies move their transport to us
Most companies do not switch transport vendors because of price. They switch because a car did not turn up for an 8 am airport run, or because the monthly invoice never matches what the team actually used. Both problems are operational, and both are solvable.
A named coordinator, not a call centre
Your account is handled by one person who knows your usual pickup points, your regular travellers and your billing preferences. You have their direct mobile number, and there is a documented backup for when they are on leave.
Invoices your finance team can actually reconcile
Every monthly invoice carries GST and a trip-wise annexure — date, employee, route, kilometres, start and end time, duty slip reference. It can be raised against a purchase order and matched line by line. Credit terms of 15 to 30 days are available for registered companies.
Drivers you can put in front of a client
Corporate duty drivers are police-verified, wear a uniform, carry a company identity card, and are briefed on basic etiquette: no smoking, no phone calls while driving, no personal conversation unless invited. They are also told to call your coordinator — not the passenger — if anything goes wrong.
A real replacement policy
If a vehicle fails on duty, a replacement is dispatched from the nearest point in our network and the delay is not billed. That commitment is in the contract, not just in a sales conversation.
Billing models
- Monthly fixed package — for example 2,000 km / 240 hours per vehicle per month, with a defined rate for usage beyond it. Best for regular daily duty.
- Pay per use — trips booked as needed and consolidated into one monthly bill. Best for irregular guest and event travel.
- Route contract — a fixed price per shift route, regardless of daily headcount. Best for factory and BPO staff transport.
Getting started
Send us your typical monthly usage — number of vehicles, routes, shift timings and any airport frequency. We will come back with a written proposal covering rates, minimum billing, waiting and detention charges, replacement policy and credit terms. Most accounts are live within a week of agreement.
What to compare before you decide
If you are evaluating more than one vendor, compare the minimum billing and the waiting-charge policy alongside the per-kilometre rate. A low headline rate with a high daily minimum frequently costs more over a year than a fair rate with a realistic minimum. We are happy to walk you through the arithmetic with your own usage numbers — even if you end up choosing someone else.
