Why book the room through us
We are not a hotel aggregator and we do not pretend to beat one on price. What we offer instead is judgement. When a family asks for a hotel in Shirdi, we know which ones are a genuine five-minute walk from the temple gate and which ones describe themselves that way. When someone books Mahabaleshwar in peak season, we know which properties are worth the premium and which are simply full.
That knowledge comes from sending passengers to these places every week and hearing about it afterwards.

Flights and trains
We book domestic flights and railway tickets for travellers who are already using our cabs, and time the airport or station transfer to the real schedule. If a flight moves, we adjust the pickup without you having to make a second phone call.
How to use the travel desk
Send us the dates, the city, how many rooms and roughly what you want to spend. You will get two or three options with honest notes on each — including what is wrong with them. Payment goes to the hotel or airline; our charge, if any, is stated separately rather than buried in the room rate.
A note on peak dates
Shirdi during Guru Purnima and Ram Navami, Mahabaleshwar over Diwali and the December holidays, and Goa between Christmas and New Year all sell out weeks ahead. If you are travelling on those dates, book early — no travel desk can create a room that does not exist.
