Picking the right vehicle
The most common booking mistake is choosing by head count alone. Luggage and road type matter just as much.
Four passengers or fewer, light luggage
A Swift Dzire, Toyota Etios or Honda Amaze is the most economical choice. Boot space handles two large suitcases comfortably. On a highway route this is all most couples and small families need.
Five or six passengers, or a hill route
Take an Ertiga or an Innova. The Innova has the ground clearance and the engine for ghat sections — for Mahabaleshwar, the Matheran approach or Konkan village roads it is the sensible pick even for four people.
Executive travel and VIP movement
The Innova Crysta with captain seats, or the Fortuner where road presence matters. Both are booked heavily for weddings and visiting-client pickups.
Groups of eight to sixteen
A 13 or 17 seat tempo traveller keeps the group together, keeps luggage in one place and works out cheaper per head than two cars. If elderly passengers are travelling, ask for the Force Urbania — its low floor makes boarding far easier.
More than twenty people
Mini buses from 21 to 32 seats, and full-size coaches from 35 to 50 seats, in AC and non-AC. Available for weddings, factory transport, school trips and multi-day yatras.
