Tempo Traveller on Rent

13, 17 and 20 seat AC tempo travellers for family functions, darshan tours and office outings.

When the group is too big for a car

Once you are more than seven people, splitting into two cars costs more and separates the group. A tempo traveller keeps everybody together, keeps the luggage in one place, and works out cheaper per head on almost every route.

The vehicles

  • 13 seater (12 + 1) — from ₹24/km, push-back seats, AC, roof carrier
  • 17 seater (16 + 1) — from ₹28/km, the most-booked size for family functions
  • Force Urbania 17 seater — from ₹35/km, the comfortable option for long journeys

All of them are air-conditioned, with a music system, curtains, reading lights and enough luggage space for a group travelling with bags. Round trips are billed at a minimum of 300 km per day plus a driver allowance from ₹700 a day; toll, parking and permit are at actuals.

What groups use them for

  • Family functions — weddings, thread ceremonies, taking relatives from the station to the hall and back
  • Darshan tours — Ashtavinayak, Shirdi, Jyotirlinga circuits and Konkan temple runs
  • Office outings and team offsites to Lonavala, Mahabaleshwar and the Konkan coast
  • School and college trips, with an experienced driver and a fixed itinerary

Common questions

Before You Book

Three ways: fill the booking form on any page of this website, send us a WhatsApp message with your route and date, or simply call us. We reply with a written fare estimate, and once you approve it the cab is confirmed. Driver name, mobile number and vehicle number reach you a few hours before pickup.
For most local and outstation trips no advance is needed — you pay the driver at the end of the journey. A token advance is requested only for multi-day tour packages, bus bookings and peak-season travel, mainly so the vehicle stays blocked for you.
Yes for the items we quote. The quotation states the per-kilometre rate, driver allowance and any night halt charge. Toll, state permit and parking are billed at actuals and the receipts are shown to you. Nothing else is added at the end.
For round trips, the meter runs from your pickup point back to your pickup point — commonly called garage-to-garage. For one-way drops on our listed routes, you pay only for the one-way distance and there is no return charge.
Cars have a minimum of 300 km per day and buses 250 km per day on multi-day trips. If you drive less than that on a given day, the minimum applies. This is standard practice across the industry and is always mentioned on your quotation.
Driver bhatta is the daily allowance that covers the driver's food and night stay away from home. It is a fixed amount per day, stated upfront, and is charged separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for instead of it being buried inside a per-kilometre rate.
