When you submit a booking or enquiry form we collect your name, mobile number, e-mail address (if you provide one), travel dates and route details. Our web server also records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited.
How we use it
- To contact you about the booking or enquiry you submitted
- To assign a driver and vehicle and share those details with you
- To raise an invoice and maintain our records as required by law
- To send occasional service updates or offers, only if you have not opted out
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. Your details are shared only with the driver assigned to your trip, and only to the extent needed to complete it.
